Abstract

This piece explains how the Contempt of Court Act 1981 governs the reporting of the attack outside the Finsbury Park Mosque on 19 June 2017 and why that reporting differs from the reporting of recent terrorist attacks in Westminister, Manchester and at London Bridge.
