Ida is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Health and Social Care at Edge Hill University. She gained an MSc (Health Sciences) from the University of Liverpool; a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Clinical Practice from Lancaster University and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Royal Society of Public Health. Ida’s initial training was in clinical physiology (cardiology and respiratory medicine) where she developed skills as a teacher and researcher.
