o Lucy’s educational background is in psychology. She completed an undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Bath. During the third year of her degree, she worked as a research assistant at Harvard Medical School on a project investigating the effects of learning a musical instrument on children's brain growth and cognitive development. Following her degree, Lucy obtained a masters and PhD in social and developmental psychology at the Centre for Family Research at the University of Cambridge.
