Maria-Christina is a Chartered Psycholgist (CPsychol), a Registered European Psychologist (EuroPsy) and a certified counsellor by the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Her research interests lie in the area of sport, exercise, health, and counselling psychology. Using both qualitative and quantitative methods her research has focused on identifying effective ways of supporting people in their efforts to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
