Dr Zayneb Allak is a writer and Lecturer in Creative Writing. With a focus on contemporary literature, deconstruction and psychoanalytic literary criticism, her research examines the poetics of writing and reading. She is especially interested in the intersection between creative and critical writing and the possibilities for writing offered by cross-disciplinary approaches. Her poetry and creative/critical work has been published in several journals, and her debut poetry pamphlet, Keine Angst, was published by New Walk Editions in November 2017.
